PEACE SERVICE
Our monthly Peace Service will be held on the fourth Sunday of each month beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Social Hall.
If you’ve never attended this contemplative service of worship, plan to take a break from your busy schedule and join us. There is plenty of time for quiet meditation and prayer; the repetitive Taizé style chants and candle light help create a peaceful and reflective setting for worship.
Communion is offered to everyone at every Peace Service. Shenkel provides a Peace Service, designed to help us simply be still in the presence of God and "watch the water clear". This quiet, contemplative service takes place in the Social Hall, and includes candlelight, repetitive songs, and plenty of time for reflection and prayer.
